Job Description

1. Production Test Program Development and Maintenance:

• Design and implement production test programs for network communication equipment (C#, C, C++, Python).
• Develop and debug test drivers to ensure proper hardware functionality.

1. Test Process and Tool Development:

• Develop and optimize test processes to ensure testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Use tools such as LabVIEW and TestStand for test automation.

1. Test Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyze test data to provide feedback on product performance and quality.
• Write test reports to ensure traceability and transparency of test results.

1. Test Equipment and Environment Management:

• Manage and maintain test equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Set up and maintain test environments to ensure consistency of testing conditions.

1. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, testing, and product managers to participate in requirements specification discussions and feasibility assessments.
• Provide technical support and assist in resolving testing issues during production.

1. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

• Continuously improve testing methods and processes to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Introduce new technologies and tools to elevate the level of test automation.
