Job Description

We are a leading company in the wireless broadband communications industry looking for talented professionals with a winning attitude.

1. 自動化測試設備設計與優化：
- 依據產品測試需求，協助設計與優化自動化測試設備，提升測試效率與準確性。
- 使用常見工程繪圖與設計工具（如AutoCAD、SolidWorks）進行設備零件繪製與修改。
2. 新產品導入設備規劃與安裝：
- 參與新產品導入（NPI）階段，協助規劃、安裝與調校測試設備，確保測試流程順利銜接量產。
- 配合工程師進行現場測試與調整，解決初期設備異常。
3. 設備日常維護與故障排除：
- 依照標準作業程序執行設備日常保養、維護與簡易修復，確保生產線設備穩定運作。
- 協助記錄與分析設備異常數據，並提出初步改善建議。
4. 技術文件撰寫與更新：
- 撰寫與更新設備操作手冊、維護紀錄及相關技術文件，確保文件正確性與可追溯性。
5. 跨部門協作與人員培訓：
- 配合研發、製造、品保等部門，協助解決生產過程中設備相關的技術問題。
- 協助培訓產線操作人員正確使用與維護測試設備。
