2.生產進度&異常確認提報,達成產出目標
3.換線協調資源，縮減換線時間
4.識別生產過程中的典型問題，並根據既定程序評估和選擇解決方案，協助產線處理異常並跟進,確保生產品質
5.監控生產過程中的產品質量，確保符合公司標準。
6.處理105/IPQC/FQC異常，提出質量改進措施並實施。
7.跟催確認工單(WIP)結案完成狀況,達成工單關結率目標
8.現場人員作業紀律監督,品質管控,7S巡視與整改,達到符合7S之生產車間
9.員工培訓與指導：為生產團隊提供技術指導和培訓，確保團隊成員掌握必要的技能和知識。協助新員工的入職培訓，確保其快速適應工作。
