1. 1. Product Repair and Troubleshooting:
- Analyze and repair defective products to ensure they return to normal operation.
- Use various testing instruments (such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, network analyzers, etc.) for problem analysis and testing.
2. Repair Process Management:
- Complete product repair tasks according to established repair procedures, and document the repair process and results.
- Continuously optimize repair processes to improve repair efficiency and quality.
3. Technical Support and Customer Service:
- Provide technical support for repairs to customers.
- Collaborate with the customer service department to handle customer repair requests and complaints.
4. Repair Reporting and Data Analysis:
- Write repair reports, documenting issues and solutions during the repair process.
- Analyze repair data to identify common failure patterns and propose improvement suggestions.
5. Parts Management and Inventory Control:
- Manage the inventory of parts required for repairs to ensure smooth repair operations.
6. Teamwork and Knowledge Sharing:
- Collaborate with the engineering team to share repair experience and technical knowledge.
- Participate in internal training to enhance technical skills and mentor new colleagues.
