Job Description

We are a leading company in the wireless broadband communications industry looking for talented professionals with a winning attitude.

1.生產流程優化：
-分析現有生產流程，提出改進建議以提高效率、防呆和降低成本。
-使用工業工程工具（如時間研究、動作研究）進行流程分析。
2.設備與工具管理：
-協助評估生產設備及工具數量，確保其符合生產需求。
3.生產線佈置與設計：
-根據產品需求設計和佈置生產線，確保生產流程順暢。
-協助制定生產線佈置圖，並進行持續改進。
4.資料收集與分析：
-收集生產數據，進行統計分析，找出瓶頸並提出改善方案。
-使用數據分析工具（如Excel、Minitab）進行數據處理和分析。
5.標準作業程式制定：
-協助制定和更新標準作業程式（SOP），確保生產過程標準化。
-培訓或指導生產人員，確保其瞭解並遵守SOP。
6.跨部門協作：
-與生產、品質、研發等部門合作，確保生產計劃順利執行。
-參與新產品導入（NPI）過程，提供工業工程支援。
