Job Description

We are a leading company in the wireless broadband communications industry looking for talented professionals with a winning attitude.

1. Production Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing production processes and propose improvement suggestions to enhance efficiency, error-proofing, and cost reduction.
- Use industrial engineering tools (such as time studies and motion studies) to conduct process analysis.
2. Equipment and Tool Management:
- Assist in evaluating the quantity of production equipment and tools to ensure they meet production requirements.
3. Production Line Layout and Design:
- Design and arrange production lines according to product requirements to ensure smooth production processes.
- Assist in creating production line layout diagrams and continuously improve them.
4. Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collect production data, perform statistical analysis, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvement solutions.
- Use data analysis tools (such as Excel, Minitab) for data processing and analysis.
5. Standard Operating Procedure Development:
- Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure standardized production processes.
- Train or guide production personnel to ensure they understand and comply with SOPs.
6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with production, quality, R&D, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
- Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and provide industrial engineering support.
