-監控專案進度，確保按時如質完成任務。
4.品質控制與改進：
-分析品質問題與生產流程的交互關係，提出並實施改進措施。
5.成本控制與效益分析：
-分析生產成本，提出降低成本的建議。
-進行效益分析，評估改進措施的效果。
6.跨部門合作：
-與設計、研發、測試等部門合作，參與新產品開發和量產導入。
-提供技術支援和培訓，確保生產團隊的技能和知識。
