1. EPR progress tracking, DFM issue collection and reporting, ensuring smooth transition of new products into mass production phase
2. Personnel qualification certification and weekly training, ensuring personnel qualifications meet job requirements
3. Reduce FQC & IPQC loss rates, conduct root cause analysis and implement improvements. For example, enforce SOP execution, reduce low-level errors, promote foolproofing through tooling and process optimization, and minimize the likelihood of human error
4. Work order closure/production/shipment - improve the closure rate of work orders and exception orders within 3 days, track production capacity achievement, ensure shipment targets are met, and guarantee team objectives are accomplished
5. Supervisor/key position turnover rate within HR control targets, enhance team/shift skills and talent development
6. Production line inspection and audit, improve SOP issues, and optimize production line operations
7. Promote awareness of VI defect images (cases) to prevent recurrence of past defects
8. Cross-department collaboration: Work with PE, QA, PD, and other departments to resolve technical issues in the production process
9. Technical documentation: Draft and maintain production technical documents, such as work instructions and flowcharts.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical documents, and update them regularly.
