1.SMT生產流程設計與優化：
-設計並優化SMT生產線的流程，確保生產效率和產品品質。
-監控生產過程，識別並解決潛在的技術問題。
2.生產數據分析與報告：
-收集並分析生產數據，提出改進建議。
-編寫生產報告，向上級匯報生產狀況和改進措施。
3.新產品導入與試產：
-參與新產品的導入和試產，確保新產品順利進入量產階段。
-與研發部門合作，解決新產品試產過程中的技術問題。
4.品質控制與改進：
-制定並執行品質控制計劃，確保產品符合品質標準。
-分析品質問題，提出並實施改進措施。
5.員工培訓與指導：
-培訓生產線操作員，確保其掌握正確的操作流程和技能。
-指導新進工程師，幫助其快速適應工作。
