Job Description

1. Material Receiving and Inspection:
- Receive materials according to the company's standard operating procedures, check the quantity and quality of materials, and ensure they meet order requirements.
- Handle any anomalies during the material receiving process and promptly report to superiors.
2. Material Storage and Management:
- Arrange the storage location of materials reasonably based on their characteristics and storage requirements to ensure safety and easy access.
- Regularly inspect the storage area's environment and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
3. Material Issuance and Distribution:
- Accurately and promptly issue materials according to production plans and requirements to ensure smooth production.
- Coordinate internal logistics to ensure efficient flow of materials between storage areas and production lines.
4. Material Inventory and Data Management:
- Conduct regular material inventories to ensure consistency between records and actual stock, and handle any discrepancies found during inventory.
- Use warehouse management systems (such as ERP, SFCS systems) to record and update material data, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
5. Collaboration with Internal Departments:
- Collaborate with the procurement and production departments to resolve issues in material supply and usage processes.
6. Continuous Improvement and Learning:
- Participate in the continuous improvement of warehouse management processes, propose rationalization suggestions, and enhance warehouse operation efficiency.
- Learn and master new warehouse management technologies and tools to improve professional capabilities.
