1. Optical Equipment Maintenance:
- Equipment maintenance (daily, monthly, weekly, quarterly, yearly)
- EMS system maintenance
- Rapid response to equipment anomalies
2. Optical Equipment Program Development:
- Proficient in optical equipment programming software, able to optimize programs based on product characteristics to improve test pass rates
- EPR model program development, component library management, and parameter standardization capabilities
3. Problem Identification and Resolution:
- Identify and resolve typical issues encountered in the design and application of optical equipment.
- Provide technical support and assist in resolving optical issues in production and application.
- Establish skill training plans and accurate abnormality handling procedures
- Execute process simplification, optimization & standardization, promptly improve equipment anomalies, and achieve rapid problem-solving capabilities
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Through team communication, identify the best solutions.
