4.參與新產品/新技術及專案指導，推動導入，確保產品從設計到量產的順利進行
5.跨部門協作，專案團隊人員分工及指導，確認進度達成 目標.
6.品質控制與改進，監控生產過程中的產品質量，確保符合公司標準。
分析質量數據，提出質量改進方案並實施。
