-推動員工參與公司活動，提升員工的歸屬感與滿意度。
3.政策與程式執行：
-協助執行公司員工政策與程式，確保員工瞭解並遵守相關規定。
-支援人力資源部門進行員工手冊的更新與維護。
4.員工關係數據分析：
-收集並分析員工關係相關數據，提供改善建議。
-定期撰寫報告，反映員工關係狀況與趨勢。
5.員工溝通與培訓：
-協助組織員工溝通會議，促進公司與員工之間的有效溝通。
-支援員工培訓計劃，提升員工的職業技能與知識。
