Job Description

1.招募策略制定與執行：
-根據公司發展需求，制定年度和季度招聘計劃。
-分析市場趨勢及新領域職務的需求，調整招聘策略以吸引優秀人才。
2.招募流程管理：
-監督招聘團隊的日常運營，確保招聘流程的高效運行。
-協助團隊成員解決日常技術/操作或流程問題。
3.招募管道拓展：
-開發並維護各種招聘管道，如線上招聘平臺、校園招聘、社交媒體等。
-與外部招聘機構合作，擴大人才來源。
4.候選人篩選與面試：
-制定篩選標準，確保候選人符合公司要求。
-組織並參與面試，評估候選人的能力和適配度。
5.團隊管理與培訓：
-執行團隊日常工作培訓和安排，提高工作品質和產出。
-對所轄團隊有人員管理職責，包括考勤管理與績效初核等。
6.跨部門協作：
-與各部門主管溝通，瞭解其人才需求並提供招聘支援。
-協調工作任務，以確保目標能順利達成。
7.熟悉產業知識和人才市場樣貌：
-收集並分析產業知識訊息，評估人才來源。
-提供人才市場訊息，提出因應的招聘建議或計畫。
