Bombela Maintenance is looking to recruit 1 x MMIS Officer (Maintenance Mangement Information System Officer).

The purpose of this position is to create, generate and administer work orders on the Maximo system and SAP and to provide support and training to all Maximo users.

YOUR ROLE:

• Administration of work order life cycle: Generate and create works orders through the Maximo Maintenance System and SAP when request is received from the Technicians and ensure accurate capturing of feedback from opening to closing
• Deliver support and training to Maximo users: Effectively deal with any queries received pertaining to the MMIS function and timeously answer and resolve the query. Remain up to date with relevant processes and all changes and notify and train users where necessary
• Effective and accurate System administration: Administer any relevant system related work
• Effective generation of report: Run monthly and weekly reports as and when required and ensure accurate information is submitted to the relevant parties. Circulate incident reports to all relevant parties per email communication
• Effective teamwork and self-management: Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained. Be proactive in anticipating potential problems and continually monitor progress to ensure small details are not missed. Ensure awareness and compliance with company policies and procedures.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Matric Certificate

Training / Experience:

• 2 years on Maintenance System in Maintenance Related Environment
