Job Description

Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)

  1. Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  2. Process activities for Customs Clearance of import and export shipments.
  3. Compile and verify accuracy of shipments and Customs declaration.
  4. Supervises transportation and logistics solution services and activities.
  5. Ensure compliance requirements, i.e. Customs auditing, Trade Law, annual report for bonded.
  6. Conduct delivery target fulfillment, review KPI of Logistics Service Providers, handle logistics payment operations.

  1. There is a reassignment to the work specified by the company.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor or master degree in business/logistics/transportation related fields or equivalent experience
  2. English : Business level in reading and writing, and conversational level in speaking
  3. Computer skills - Microsoft Office Applications and other Logistics Inventory Systems
  4. Be able to / experienced in leading and managing small projects in team

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Some experience of import or export is a big plus
  2. Chinese language skill is plus
  3. Experience of export management is plus
  4. Experience of SAP operation is plus
