Responsibilities

- Participate in developing LLM technologies for diverse search scenarios, including pre-training strategies and efficient RLHF, to help improve relevance, recency, and other key aspects.

- Contribute to utilizing MLLMs for visual representation learning and video understanding to strengthen search retrieval capabilities.

- Engage in designing personalized ranking algorithms that understand user intent and deliver tailored search results.
