Responsibilities

- Develop LLM technologies for diverse search scenarios, including pre-training strategies and efficient RLHF, to improve relevance, recency, and other key aspects.

- Utilize MLLMs for visual representation learning and video understanding, strengthening search retrieval capabilities.

- Design personalized ranking algorithms that understand user intent and deliver tailored search results.

- Build reliable, low-latency online search services with large-scale data to ensure stability and superior user experience.
