Find your line at Mt. Hood Meadows, where we turn passion into purpose by delivering unforgettable experiences in one of the Pacific Northwest’s most stunning mountain settings. We believe in creating moments that matter — for our guests, for each other, and for the community. Apply today and join a team that fully embodies the mountain lifestyle.
Position Overview
As a Programs Lead at Mt. Hood Meadows, you’ll help create a smooth, welcoming, and memorable experience for guests participating in our multi-week ski and snowboard programs and multi-day camps. Working alongside the Programs Supervisor and fellow team members, you’ll help coordinate daily operations and ensure guests and families feel supported from check-in to check-out.
This hands-on role combines organization, guest service, and mountain operations. You’ll help manage program check-in and check-out, coordinate lunch and daily setup, maintain rosters, and communicate staffing and operational needs. You’ll also pitch in with equipment preparation and boot fitting, assist with lessons when needed, and help keep program areas safe and ready for changing winter conditions.
We’re looking for a dependable, adaptable team player who enjoys working with children and families, communicates well, and can balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. If you love skiing or snowboarding, enjoy helping others build their mountain skills, and take pride in creating a positive experience for every guest, this could be a great fit for you!
