职位描述
1.负责MLBB系统（包括但不限于系统功能，玩法规则，社区，目标系统，平台对接）的设计和跟进执行； 2.针对所负责专项的目标、排期做清晰规划，保证对应专项的上线品质，并根据体验及数据反馈做持续的迭代和后续优化。数据敏感，有敏锐的洞察力和快速学习的能力
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，3年以上系统策划工作经验；有MOBA相关工作经验及深入研究者优先考虑 2.游戏体验丰富，热爱竞技游戏，至少深度体验过一款moba产品； 3.强烈的用户导向，能够承受一定的压力，有良好的合作意识； 4.逻辑能力强，能清晰阐明设计思路和定位以及设计相关的判断依据； 5.具有优秀的创造力和想像力，对赛事执行有一定的经验 6.加分：有AI工具提效经验，能够利用AI技术提升工作效率和质量优先
