职位描述
1.作为商业化模块的负责人，洞察用户需求以及分析运营数据，规划业务路径来达成相应指标 2.负责游戏内商业化内容的研发设计，协调美术、程序、测试完成开发内容 3.具备商业化活动的数据分析能力，持续迭代负责的功能效果 4.协助商业化负责人完成组内长线业务规划
职位要求
1、5年以上游戏行业相关工作经验，具备海外大型手游的项目运营经验（MOBA、FPS、卡牌），对商业化结构体系有深度理解和自我思考 2、担任过月流水破千万美金项目的商业化负责人或核心运营者优先 3、积极主动，推进能力强，有深度思考能力，擅长挖掘现象背后的本质 4、热爱游戏，至少有一款MOBA类型游戏上特别资深，且广泛接触并持续体验其他品类游戏 5、具备深度使用AI的能力，自己使用AI独立完成过工作提效工具的开发落地。
