职位描述
1、根据游戏的定位和系统设计目的，负责产品交互体验提升，包括界面布局、UI动画、交互设计和用户体验； 2、了解沉浸式的用户体验设计，同时乐忠于不断尝试和探索新的表现手法； 3、根据策划设计目的，在满足需求的基础下，和美术人员，细化产品设计，确保优质的界面表现、用户操作和视觉体验； 4、设计人性化，符合用户的习惯，对最新的ui趋势和理念有深入见解，对视觉设计、色彩有敏锐的观察力及分析能力； 5、负责UI资源管理，优化，同时制定交互的规范和标准，推广落地执行； 6、与美术沟通，保证设计高品质落地，根据美术提供的素材，还原效果图拼接制作界面，交付程序使用。
职位要求
1、4年或以上的游戏交互设计经验； 2、有较强的造型、色彩运用能力，富有创造力，对设计工作精益求精，有游戏UI设计经验； 3、喜欢玩游戏，善于分析和归纳总结用户体验，有管理游戏美术资源经验为佳； 4、熟练掌握交互设计的完整流程和规范；熟练使用VISIO等绘图与制图工具； 5、了解屏幕适配，DC原理，图集原理，对UI的资源管理有一定自身想法； 6、有较强的逻辑思维能力、沟通表达能力和团队协作能力，善于倾听和表达思路，有一定抗压能力； 7、熟悉Unity3d游戏制作流程优先，有很强的团队协作能力 加分项：有使用AI工具的经验，对AI在交互层面的应用有一定的思考能力和判断力
