What You Will Do

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and pipelines within a classified environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to integrate ML capabilities into the AI platform.
• Analyze complex, real-world datasets from government and defense sectors to develop predictive and analytical solutions.
• Contribute to research and development efforts focused on applied AI for maintenance and sustainment.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability to meet the operational needs of government customers.
• Translate mission requirements into technical ML solutions that effectively address capability gaps.

Ideal Candidate Background

• Active TS/SCI security clearance is a hard requirement for this role.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Strong foundation in applied machine learning, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Proficient in Python development with experience using tools like Docker, Git, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset to work effectively across engineering and data science teams.

Preferred

• Experience applying machine learning to predictive maintenance, logistics, workforce analytics, or cybersecurity domains.
• Familiarity with AI platforms or tools designed for large-scale data analysis and visualization.
• Background in research-driven environments similar to leading academic institutions or government agencies.
