What You Will Do

• Design and implement context ontologies for AI agents to enhance their operational capabilities.
• Build and optimize data pipelines to ensure accurate and low-latency state management for agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product interfaces that improve user interaction with AI systems.
• Engage in zero-to-one product development, creating scalable solutions that combine machine learning and full-stack engineering.
• Contribute to the evolution of agent engineering, focusing on tool design and context engineering.
• Analyze and extract insights from long-running agent trajectories to improve system performance and decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Background

• Strong foundation in computer science, systems, and engineering principles.
• Proven ability to build and iterate quickly in ambiguous environments, demonstrating high execution speed.
• Experience with AI and machine learning, actively utilizing these technologies in development workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability, with a history of driving projects to successful outcomes.

Preferred

Compensation and Benefits
