Main Responsibilities
1. Coordinate day to day logistic operations, including shipping, storage, also cargo distribution.
2. Supervise warehouse operations, including cargo receiving, storing, sorting, and picking.
3. Analyze the performance of logistics operations and create strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service to customers.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
5. Ensure the implementation and compliance of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, procedures, and regulations within daily operational activities.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil) or other related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, repair operations, or logistics support functions
3. Strong knowledge of facility maintenance systems, preventive & corrective maintenance, utility management, building infrastructure, and repair operations.
4. Experienced in handling warehouse or logistics facility operations, including equipment maintenance and vendor coordination.
5. Good understanding of budgeting, maintenance planning, cost control, and operational efficiency improvement.
6. Have good knowledge of QHSE aspects, including safety awareness, risk control, and compliance with operational standards and procedures.
