Main Responsibilities
1. Plan efficient delivery routes and manage distribution networks to optimize the cargo delivery.
2. Ensure that all logistics activities comply with the company's regulations and permits, including transportation regulations and customs laws.
3. Ensure customer orders are processed efficiently, and manage the cargo delivery according to contract agreements.
4. Responsible for developing team members through various means, such as mentoring, coaching, counseling, etc.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience in leading and managing operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, distribution, and supply chain operations.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
