As an Mixologist, you will:
Pay: $12 per hour plus tips | Shift: Thursday - Saturday, 6PM - 2AM
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Develop and recommend specialty cocktails and beverage offerings.
- Provide outstanding guest service and beverage recommendations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, mixers, ingredients, and beverage trends.
- Verify guest age and comply with all alcohol service laws and regulations.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and exercise responsible beverage service practices.
- Process guest orders accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all bar areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stocking.
- Follow all company policies related to safety, sanitation, cash handling, and workplace conduct.
- Other duties as assigned
- Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
- Promotes casino events and programs
- Resolves service problems according to guidelines
- Slices and pits fruit as required
- Operates and maintains all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year of bartending experience preferred.
- Valid alcohol service certification or ability to obtain certification as required.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation techniques, spirits, wine, and beer.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Must be 21 years of age
- Count money and change correctly
- Read, write legibly, understand and speak English
STARTING SALARY
$12 per hour plus tips
