In this role, you'll be the creative force behind our bar offering, leading with skill, guest obsession, and a genuine love of the craft. You'll drive cocktail innovation, deliver premium service, and bring our TEAM values to life every shift.

What you'll be doing...

• Preparing and serving premium cocktails and beverages to a consistently high standard
• Driving cocktail innovation, new menus, seasonal specials, award-worthy creations
• Creating genuine guest connections and delivering experiences that go beyond the drink
• Upholding all RSA requirements and responsible service standards
• Keeping the bar immaculate, well-stocked, and operationally sharp
• Supporting and coaching junior team members
• Contributing to promotions, activations, and special events

What you'll bring..

• Proven bartending or mixology experience in a premium hospitality setting
• Current RSA certification or LCQ License
• Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, and beverage trends
• Confidence with guests warm, engaging, and able to read the room
• Creative drive to shape and evolve the menu
• A team-first mindset with natural leadership presence
