Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Craft: Create, develop, and execute signature luxury cocktails with precision, flair, and cutting-edge mixology techniques.
  • Storytelling: Bring our menu to life by sharing the inspiration behind our drinks, incorporating the unique history of our 13th-century monastery and custom-brewed St. Thomas Beer.
  • Elevate Guest Experience: Provide a warm, sophisticated, and tailor-made experience for our international guests, offering expert recommendations.
  • Maintain Excellence: Maintain impeccable bar organization, active stock control, and flawless presentation standards behind the bar.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Mixology Expertise: Deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, modern mixology trends, homemade syrups, infusions, and pairings.
  • Luxury Hospitality Mindset: Polished appearance, professional manners, and a strong guest-first approach.
  • Great Communicator: Fluent in English to effortlessly connect with our global clientele and articulate beverage concepts.
  • Creative & Driven: Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about setting new standards in luxury nightlife.
