About this Position

This role leads and develops the mixing production team, ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence across all shifts. It oversees production performance, drives continuous improvement, manages resources and projects, and resolves operational challenges to meet site goals.

What you´ll do

  • Supervise and develop mixing/blending operators across shifts, following skill matrices.
  • Promote Henkel’s values, maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor daily performance, implement production strategy, and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Address chronic losses, remove obstacles, and resolve operational conflicts.
  • Implement key projects, manage budgets, materials, and equipment maintenance.
  • Apply SIM processes, 5S, Six Sigma, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize processes and performance.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with 4–6 years of experience in related areas.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels and handle confidential information.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with OSHA PSM is preferred; familiarity with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 50001 is a plus.
