Responsibilities:

Manufacture various products according to standards at Solenis. Manage and maintain assets in area of responsibility including, but not limited to: Equipment and Controls, Operating Supplies, Inventory Control, Co-Workers. Contribute to continuous improvement in the organization.

Job Duties

· Clean, operate and maintain equipment in area including totes, pumps, mixing vessels, and raw material lines as needed.

· Read, interpret and execute specifications from work order.

· Manufacture batches based on work orders.

· Provide detailed paperwork flow to maintain inventory accuracy.

· Plan and perform batch set up and changeover processes.

· Pour and weigh raw material as needed.

· Handle Hazardous Waste and Control Waste Stream/Flow

· Keeps Work Area Clean and Free of Safety Hazards

· Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally move drums up to 400 lbs.

· Performs other related duties as required.

Position Requirements

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Previous experience in a batch manufacturing environment

· Basic Math Skills

· Ability to read and interpret work orders

The expected compensation range for this position is between $40,390.00 and $59,235.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
