What You Will Do

• Develop and implement mixed reality applications using Unity and various programming languages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize software solutions tailored to client needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Utilize Python and Java to enhance system functionalities and integrate new features.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of existing applications to improve efficiency.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on mixed reality or computer vision.
• Proficiency in Unity and at least one programming language from the stack (Python, Java, C/C++, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, Rust, Go).
• Experience working in a hybrid team environment and collaborating with diverse groups.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and version control systems.

Preferred

• Experience in defense, security, or government sectors.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in software development.
• Previous involvement in forward-deployed engineering or client-facing technical roles.

Compensation and Benefits
