Our Mix Analysts will focus on providing comprehensive insights to our clients by analyzing the impact of digital and other media on shopping and purchasing patterns. Primary areas of focus are project setup, data preparation, model review, and insight creation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Project setup includes partnering with our internal team members to clarify any ambiguities and populating online forms to ensure proper scope configuration.
  • Owning client data management for key client projects. The analyst will organize, and track data files received, do quality checks and partner with our Data team to ensure proper processing and transformation into our data platform.
  • The Mix Analyst will partner with the modeling team to review and finalize mix modeling results, ensuring that the model outputs meet statistical thresholds while addressing key business questions coming from the client.
  • Insights creation translates the model outputs into a final results deck that will “tell the story” coming from the outputs. The final deck answer business questions along with other key findings and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills: ability to organize and keep track of multiple projects with numerous data files.
  • Analytic aptitude: ability to review large data sets and then identify and correct issues within Excel or other analytic platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and clear oral and written communication.
  • Learns new processes through reading instructions and observing demonstrations. Good note-taking skills and ability to reproduce steps following training sessions.
  • Works independently but also has the ability to work cooperatively with other team members as needed.
  • Personal accountability for tracking and completing work in a timely manner.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
  • Adapts well to change and remains calm under pressure.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications.
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree.
  • Ideally, the applicant should have 1-3 years of work experience in media measurement, analytics or data management
