JOB PURPOSE
The core responsibilities of Assistant Manager position will include managing both internal and external communications, developing and building strong relationship with press, celebrities and influencers, and be responsible for managing product loans for editorial and media purposes in Japan for both Miu Miu and Church’s She/He will be responsible for enhancing brand value and awareness through all of its public relations activities,especially by actively leading the communication of Miu Miu’s new brand image.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry
Have a strong network of press contacts
Be skilled in negotiating with the media
Be able to develop press related materials
Have a strong network with celebrities/influencers and good relationships with talent/casting agencies will be an asset
Well-organized, positive, highly proactive, adaptable, accurate, detail-minded, good problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Able to proactively propose ideas and think creatively out of the box
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and capable of navigating complex or evolving situations with confidence
Strong fashion sensibility and understanding of brand aesthetics
Exceptional communication and writing skills in Japanese
Business level of English skills with proven ability to communicate effectively with global teams and headquarters
Team-oriented mindset, capable of building strong relationships across functions and levels
Computer Literate – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SNS/Social tools
