JOB PURPOSE
The CRM Senior Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and performance of CRM, clienteling, and client development across Miu Miu Japan. This role drives client loyalty, repurchase, and lifetime value by building a scalable, data-driven CRM and client development framework, while ensuring strong adoption of clienteling behaviors across the network.
Primary goals include improving CRM KPIs, increasing customer retention and repurchase, growing the VIC and top-client portfolios, and partnering closely with Retail to embed a client-centric mindset in stores. The role acts as the regional business owner for client segments, CRM tools, clienteling strategy, and client development action plansâensuring alignment with Global while tailoring to local needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Bachelorâs Degree required.
6â8 years of experience in CRM, Client Development, and Clienteling leadership, ideally within luxury retail.
Proven ability to influence and elevate store team behaviors through clienteling training, coaching, and competitive insights.
Strong understanding of client segmentation, CRM analytics, and top-client development.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and data visualization tools, with ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to prioritize and execute.
Flexibility with work hours and regional travel.
English (writing, reading and speaking) is a must
