JOB PURPOSE

In this role, the CRM and Client Development Intern will support the development of a customer-centric culture across the business by contributing to the implementation of the CRM & Client Development strategy.

The role aims to support client engagement, loyalty, and clienteling activities, contributing to business growth and ensuring high luxury service standards across stores.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the CRM team in customer segmentation, client engagement activities, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Monitor customer performance and CRM KPIs through dashboards and data analysis to support commercial actions and improve customer experience.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of CRM projects, including client outreach campaigns, in-store events, and loyalty initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
  • Act as a project support interface between CRM, Retail, and Communication teams, ensuring smooth execution, alignment of stakeholders, and consistency in client experience delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM processes and tools, supporting the rollout of new initiatives and best practices across markets and stores.
  • Support market and customer trend analysis to identify opportunities for business development and client growth.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Masters’s Degree

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning

Good organizational skills

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

Interest in the fashion/luxury industry

Fluent in English and Italian
