Job Description

1. Manage and maintain branch and outlet master data in the system, ensuring information accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
2. Coordinate and monitor contract administration processes for branches and outlets, including documentation, renewals, and status tracking.
3. Review and streamline operational workflows related to outlet management to improve efficiency and ensure process compliance.
4. Coordinate with relevant departments and branch teams to follow up on administrative issues, data discrepancies, and outstanding requests.
5. Monitor the implementation of outlet management procedures, maintain proper documentation and reporting, and recommend process improvements to support smooth branch operations.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree in any related fields
2. Fluent Mandarin proficiency.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data processing.
5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
