What You’ll Do
· Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation services· Set up drying equipment, monitor jobs, and document progress· Handle demolition, cleanup, and job site prep· Communicate clearly with team members and customers· Follow established processes to ensure quality and consistency
What We’re Looking For
· 1+ year of mitigation, restoration, construction, or similar hands-on experience· Basic understanding of drying principles, equipment, and job flow· Strong work ethic and reliability—you show up ready to work· Ability to handle physically demanding work· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Bonus if you have:
· IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, etc.)· Experience with moisture mapping and documentation
