What You’ll Do

• Place and monitor drying equipment
• Remove damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, and baseboards
• Update jobs using phone apps and online systems
• Assist with water mitigation, mold remediation, board-up, tarping, carpet cleaning, and related services
• Maintain trucks, equipment, and warehouse/facility organization
• Participate in rotating on-call shifts and support the team as needed

Training and Growth
Paul Davis provides paid training and opportunities to earn IICRC certifications in:

• Water Mitigation
• Mold Remediation
• Fire Mitigation

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dedication to customer service
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work nights, weekends, overtime, and rotating on-call shifts
• Ability to frequently lift 75 lbs
• Willingness to learn and grow

• $17.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications
