ServiceMaster Restore - Crofton is a family owned franchise providing 24/7 emergency response services for water, fire, smoke, and storm damage. We help homeowners and businesses recover after unexpected property losses with urgency, professionalism, and compassion.

We are looking for a Mitigation Project Manager to help grow and lead our mitigation division.

This role starts as a hands-on position with field involvement and transitions into a leadership-focused role as the division expands. We are looking for someone who can help build systems, manage projects, support business growth, and lead by example.

What You’ll Do:

Division Growth & Operations

  • Help develop and grow the mitigation division from the ground up
  • Assist with creating workflows, operational systems, and production standards
  • Support hiring and training efforts as the team grows
  • Maintain quality control, accountability, and professionalism across projects

Project Management & Field Operations

  • Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage losses
  • Perform site inspections, moisture mapping, and scope development
  • Coordinate mitigation services including extraction, demolition, drying setup, and cleanup
  • Monitor project progress and maintain communication with customers throughout the job
  • Ensure accurate job documentation, photos, and reporting

Business Development

  • Build relationships with plumbers, HVAC contractors, property managers, insurance agents, and other referral partners
  • Help generate new business opportunities through networking and relationship building
  • Track lead activity and support division growth initiatives

Financial & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Review project documentation and job profitability
  • Assist with estimates and insurance communication
  • Support collections, deductibles, and invoice follow-up as needed
  • Maintain awareness of project costs and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Restoration, mitigation, construction, or project management experience preferred
  • Xactimate experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to build trust with customers and referral partners
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Organized, dependable, and motivated mindset
