Reports To: General Manager Direct Reports: Mitigation Technicians & Field Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Mitigation Project Manager to lead daily field operations for our mitigation division. This is not a desk-only management role. This position owns field execution, team performance, job quality, and on-site customer experience.

You will lead crews responding to water, fire, and biohazard losses while ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and according to industry and insurance standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily field operations for water, fire, mold, and emergency services

· Lead, train, and develop mitigation technicians and field manager

· Ensure jobs meet timing, margin, and documentation requirements

· Conduct regular job site visits and reinspection’s

· Review moisture logs, drying plans, and photo documentation for accuracy

· Meet with adjusters and customers on-site to resolve issues quickly

· Participate in on-call rotation and oversee emergency response events

· Maintain truck readiness, equipment standards, and inventory control

· Enforce safety compliance and industry best practices

· Hold team members accountable to performance expectations

Performance Expectations

Success in this role includes:

· Jobs completed within budget and drying goals achieved

· Clean documentation with minimal file revisions from carriers/TPAs

· Strong gross margins on mitigation projects

· High customer satisfaction scores

· Organized, prepared, and responsive crews

Qualifications

· Insurance restoration industry experience REQUIRED

· 5+ years of mitigation experience with team leadership responsibilities

· Strong understanding of carrier program compliance and documentation standards

· Experience managing residential and commercial losses (including large-loss)

· Proficient with mitigation software (MICA/Mitigate, Dash, Xactanalysis, Symbility)

· Estimating experience with Xactimate and/or Symbility preferred

· IICRC certifications (WRT required; ASD, FSRT preferred)

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

· Ability to pass background check and drug screening

· Willingness to work nights/weekends as needed in emergency situations
