The Mitigation Project Manager we need is an industry expert and organized problem solver who can help property owners put their lives together after disaster events such as a fire or flood. If you are an assertive leader, have a natural sense of urgency and possess a high attention to detail – you’ve come to the right place. You will be leading your teams as you work with clients to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the team’s performance of tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning/re-installation
• Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide your professional opinion.
• Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.

Qualifications:

• Highly experienced in the construction and remediation field
• Natural leadership skills.
• Ability to inspire the best performance from your team
• Willing to work overtime and unconventional hours, if needed.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
