Ready to Lead, Build a Team, and Make an Impact?

SERVPRO Team Toft is looking for a driven, energetic, and experienced Mitigation Operations Manager who knows how to lead from the front, bring out the best in people, and get results.

Restoration is not a typical 9-to-5 business. Every day brings new challenges, opportunities, and the chance to make a real difference for customers when they need us most. We need a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and knows how to turn a group of employees into a high-performing team.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of our Mitigation division, develop strong leaders, drive production, and help take our operations to the next level.

We are looking for a servant leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, support their team, set high expectations, and hold people accountable. Someone who understands that great results start with great people.

If you have a passion for restoration, enjoy leading teams, and know how to get things done, we want to meet you!

What You'll Be Leading

Drive Operations & Production

  • Take ownership of daily Mitigation operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, profitably, and to SERVPRO standards.
  • Lead production activities, monitor job progress, and keep projects moving forward.
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, resources, estimating, documentation, and job costing.
  • Establish clear production goals and expectations while holding teams accountable for results.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Lead operational response during major losses, emergency situations, and storm events.
  • Oversee after-hours calls, emergency schedules, and job assignments.

Build & Develop a Winning Team

  • Lead, motivate, coach, and develop mitigation supervisors, project managers, and production employees.
  • Build a culture of teamwork, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop future leaders and help employees reach their full potential.
  • Work with HR and company leadership on recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining great employees.
  • Set the example through strong communication, follow-through, and hands-on leadership.
  • Create an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and proud of the work they do.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

  • Ensure customers receive outstanding service from the initial emergency response through project completion.
  • Maintain high standards for workmanship, documentation, and quality control.
  • Address customer concerns quickly and work with teams to find solutions.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
  • Ensure every project reflects the quality and professionalism of SERVPRO Team Toft.

Own the Numbers & Drive Results

  • Monitor division revenue, expenses, gross profit, and overall job profitability.
  • Review estimates, production costs, and project performance.
  • Partner with the General Manager and Owner to establish and achieve business goals.
  • Use performance metrics to identify opportunities, address challenges, and improve results.
  • Make smart operational decisions that support both team success and company growth.

Keep Operations Ready

  • Ensure vehicles, equipment, facilities, and supplies are maintained and ready for action.
  • Establish accountability for equipment inventory, maintenance, and proper use.
  • Maintain safety standards and ensure employees follow company procedures.
  • Partner with company leadership to maintain compliance with applicable regulations.

What You Bring to the Team

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of business operations experience.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • 2+ years of mitigation management experience.
  • 2+ years of Xactimate experience.
  • Strong knowledge of restoration production, estimating, job costing, and quality control.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing employees and teams.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience That Will Make You Stand Out

  • Large-loss restoration management experience.
  • Experience leading multiple mitigation crews, supervisors, and project managers.
  • Commercial restoration and complex project experience.
  • Storm response and catastrophe (CAT) operations experience.
  • SERVPRO experience and familiarity with SERVPRO systems and processes.
  • IICRC certifications, especially WRT, ASD, and AMRT.

The Kind of Leader We're Looking For

We don't just want someone who manages a schedule. We want someone who builds a team and drives results.

You are someone who:

  • Leads with a servant-leadership mindset and puts people in a position to succeed.
  • Knows how to motivate people while maintaining high standards and accountability.
  • Takes ownership instead of making excuses.
  • Develops leaders rather than micromanaging employees.
  • Stays calm, focused, and solution-oriented when things get busy.
  • Understands the importance of production, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Is willing to jump in, get involved, and lead by example.
  • Takes pride in building something bigger than themselves.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time position, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Minimum of 45 hours per week.
  • Primarily local travel, with occasional out-of-area and overnight travel.
  • Office-based leadership with regular field visits and jobsite involvement.

This position requires occasional physical jobsite activities, including lifting up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance, climbing, standing, walking, and working in varying environmental conditions. Appropriate safety equipment, including respirators when required, must be used.
