As a valued SERVPRO® Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with opportunity to learn and grow. Primary Responsibilities 1. Ensure that estimates meet client requirements.
2. Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project
3. Create an accurate sketch and initial scope of work for construction projects.
4. Deliver a consistent and well-defined initial estimate.
5. Work with Project Manager to price bid items, if needed.
6. Identify and document finalized project scope of work.
7. Work with outside resources as necessary to complete accurate estimate (Mold/Asbestos testing, ITEL, Electrical Inspectors, etc.)
8. Assemble accurate and well-organized estimates.
9. Deliver and Communicate estimate to Project Manager
