We are looking for a Mitigation and Emergency Services Helper to join our team—someone ready to learn, work hard, and be part of a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Pay

  • $18 per hour
  • Overtime opportunities available

What You’ll Do

  • Assist Mitigation Technicians and Project Managers on water, fire, mold, and storm damage jobs
  • Perform demolition and debris removal safely and efficiently
  • Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, vehicles, and warehouse
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
  • Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners on-site

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, standing, climbing)
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Valid driver’s license preferred

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
