The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Dein Aufgabenbereich:
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs durch vorausschauende Fertigungsplanung und Materialdisposition auf Basis von Kundenabrufen
- Sicherstellung optimaler Lagerbestände bei gleichzeitig hoher Umschlagshäufigkeit
- Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit internen Schnittstellen sowie externen Lieferanten
- Planung und Koordination von Lieferungen und Kommissionierungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lager
- Mitarbeit bei der Klärung von Transportproblemen, Transportschäden und Versicherungsfällen
- Kontrolle von Frachtrechnungen
- Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Logistikprozessen
Deine Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, Lehre) sowie idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung
- Berufserfahrung in der Logistik oder Supply Chain von Vorteil
- Gute Englischkenntnisse (kommunikationssicher)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise SAP

- Befristung: Die Stelle ist zunächst bis 30.11.2027 befristet; bei entsprechender Entwicklung und organisatorischen Möglichkeiten wird eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit angestrebt.
