Das erwartet Dich – Deine Aufgaben

Was dich erwartet im Seminarmanagement

  • Organisation und Planung von Schulungen und individuellen Consultings
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der Veranstaltungsabwicklung: u.a. die Erstellung von Angeboten, Auftragsbestätigungen und Rechnungen, Schulungsvor- und Nachbereitung, Rechnungskontrolle
  • Jahresplanung der Schulungen inklusive Disposition unserer internen Trainer
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner in Ihrem Bereich für Kunden, Schulungszentren sowie interne Schnittstelleninhaber
  • Selbständige Betreuung eigener Projekte
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung bei Prozessoptimierungen, u.a. im CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365, Einführung neuer Schulungsformate

Was dich erwartet im Mahnwesen

Bearbeitung von offenen Forderungen:

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Klärung von Zahlungsrückständen mit Kunden,
  • Entwicklung individueller Lösungsvorschläge zur Zahlungsregelung, z.B. Vereinbarung Ratenzahlungen
  • Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und nachvollziehbaren Fallbearbeitung bis zum Zahlungseingang
  • Pflege und lückenlose Dokumentation im CRM

Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Kunden, Buchhaltung, Sales, Office, CRM

Das erwarten wir – Deine Qualifikationen

  • Berufsausbildung, wünschenswert wäre eine einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Seminarorganisation und/oder im Veranstaltungsbereich
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie ein sicheres, kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen, CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 wäre von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch
