Erstellung und Pflege von Fertigungsunterlagen, wie Stücklisten, Arbeitsplänen, NC-Programmen, Prüfplänen und Arbeitsplatzbeschreibungen.
Entwicklung und Auslegung von Fertigungshilfsmitteln, Sonderwerkzeugen und Vorrichtungen zur Unterstützung der Produktion.
Analyse und Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse durch Zeitaufnahmen, Vorgabezeitermittlung, Vorkalkulationen sowie Vergleich und Optimierung von Fertigungszeiten.
Produktions- und Ressourcenplanung, einschließlich Personal-, Kostenstellen-, Lager- und Transportplanung sowie Planung von Betriebsmittelanordnung und Layouts.
Flächen-, Standort- und Investitionsplanung sowie ergonomische Gestaltung von Arbeitsplätzen unter Berücksichtigung von Arbeitsschutzrichtlinien.
Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und Beratung von Entwicklung/Konstruktion, Vertrieb und Programmmanagement sowie Unterstützung anderer Bereiche.
Erstellung von Analysen, Reportings und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Weiterentwicklung der Produktion und Organisation.

Our goal is to develop more efficient solutions that achieve cost advantages for the customer. We do this at our sites in Faellanden (Switzerland), Everett (USA) and - since March 2012 - in Sinn-Fleisbach (Germany).
