Job Specific Working Conditions:
As part of the broader Young Life Anchorage staff team, you’ll collaborate with leaders who are passionate about the mission of introducing teenage parents to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a ministry committed to reaching all adolescents with the gospel. It also serves as an entry point into a professional development track, with the potential to grow into the YoungLives Coordinator role.
Initial responsibilities will center on training and direct ministry with expectant and parenting adolescents, gradually expanding their rolebased on quarterly assessments, supervisor evaluations, and available funding. This is a part-time role, with the intention of increasing hours as responsibilities and leadership opportunities grow.
In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is outlined below. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the United States.
The anticipated annual salary for this position is $7,650.00 depending on relevant education, experience, and location.
