Deloitte is seeking a Project - Associate Vice President, Engineering Management to lead engineering delivery across mission-critical programs and technology initiatives. This role will oversee cross-functional teams, drive execution across multiple workstreams, and help translate business and mission needs into scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate brings experience leading engineering organizations, managing delivery risk, and guiding teams through complex system implementation and modernization efforts.

We are seeking a Mission Solutions Engineer to support the design, integration, modernization, and sustainment of mission-focused IT solutions across enterprise and operational environments. This role works across technical and functional teams to translate mission needs into practical, secure, and scalable solutions spanning infrastructure, networking, virtualization, cloud-enabled platforms, cybersecurity, and service delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong technical judgment with the ability to coordinate stakeholders, develop implementation plans, and support solution delivery from requirements through transition.

This compensation range is specific to Hawaii and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,800 to $253,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
